Handle With Care International works with our partners on the ground in-country to provide targeted funds and supplies to assist in the immediate response to, and subsequent recovery from, natural disasters and other disruptive events.

In 2015, Nepal encountered a major earthquake that devastated regions of that country. In this instance, HWCI was involved the building of permanent accessible, gender sensitive toilet blocks in areas where sanitation was of greatest concern.

In 2017, our team was involved in a rapid response to the sudden influx of displaced persons to camps in central Bali, Indonesia following the upgrading of alert level of the Mount Agung volcano. HWCI was able to provide immediate assistance where it was needed by providing water tanks, food, medical and other supplies to assist.

UPDATE JULY/AUGUST 2018
A series of major earthquakes have caused major devastation on the island of Lombok, Indonesia which has killed over 300 people. HWCI and their partners are currently working to provide vital medical supplies as well as food, water, blankets and tents to those who have been injured or made homeless. Can you help us?
